Prejudice, fear, or hatred in the form of beliefs, actions, words, policies, or systemic conditions against Muslims and Islam. Stereotypes and misunderstanding of culture and religion result in discrimination, oppression, violence against individuals, exclusion, and laws targeting Muslims and Islam.
